Planet Convergence Unlimited call packages will be based on this policy, where the user outbound calls are limited within 2000 minutes (Monthly), any calls made outside this window will be charged based on Planet Convergence standard A-Z rates.
There cannot be any single call extending for more than 180 minutes, which will be disconnected automatically from our server.
Any unlimited plans will not cover premium destinations or mobile numbers and calls made to this numbers will be charged based on A-Z rates.
Unlimited Plans will cover only the LL numbers for those countries listed under free packages. Please contact our sales team for detailed list of destinations covered under Unlimited Plans
